Crossville Village

Crossville Village was originally developed in 1978 and was purchased by Ben F. Kushner Co. in 1988. BFK Co. renovated the property in 2004, and sold it in 2013. The shopping center is located in Roswell, Georgia and the intersection of Alpharetta Highway (State Road 9) and Crossville Road. At the time of its sale it was 100% leased with thirteen tenants, inclluding Auto Zone, Roswell Beverage Depot, Performance Bicycle, Cici's Pizza, The Cake Shoppe, and Tucci's Unique Furnishings. Several of the tenants have been long time tenants of the shopping center and haver renewed their leases multiple times since the late 1990's. 

Roswell, Georgia is an affluent suburb of Atlanta that it renowned for its high standard of living. Thousands of visitors travel to Roswell's Historic District each week, making tourism a significant source of revenue in the town. Antebellum homes redolent with Southern history share brick paved sidewalks with cafes, restaurants, clothing boutiques, gift stores, antique stores, art galleries, professional offices and new residential developments.
